New equipment needs to be cleaned before use, and when changing oil after a cycle of use, lubricating pipelines and oil tanks need to be cleaned before draining old oil and injecting new oil. However, these issues are often overlooked.
Should the lubrication pipeline system be flushed when changing oil? The lubrication technology of Zhongyuan Purification Engineering believes that new equipment will come into contact with some metalworking fluids and rust proof oils during processing and assembly, which contain a large amount of polar substances. Some devices also need to undergo a test run before leaving the factory, and there may be residual oil after the test run. There are still metal shavings remaining during the equipment processing. If the new equipment is not cleaned before adding oil, these impurities will enter the lubrication system, seriously affecting the performance of the lubricating oil and even causing equipment valve jamming and other malfunctions.
